是什么
三分法（Rule of Thirds）是最基础的视觉构图法则之一。它假想画面被横竖各两条等距线划分为九宫格。构图时，将视觉主体放置在四个交叉点或线条上，而非画面正中央。
视觉与情绪效果
相较于绝对居中，三分法能打破死板，赋予图像动态平衡。它通过留白引导视线，营造自然、舒适的体验。在叙事中，主体朝向的留白（Looking room）能增强故事的延伸感与呼吸感。
什么时候用
适用于绝大多数需要展现自然美感和叙事性的场景，如人像摄影（眼睛置于上交叉点）、风景摄影（地平线置于上或下三分线）。当需要强调绝对权威、神圣感，或刻意营造对称的仪式感与压抑感时则不适用。
写 Prompt 的技巧
在 AI 工具中仅写 rule of thirds 有时不够，需配合具体位置描述，如 subject on the right third, off-center composition, leaving negative space on the left。在视频工具中可结合运镜，如 camera panning to reveal the subject on the intersection。
常见误区
生搬硬套导致主体不突出。三分法是辅助而非铁律，若背景杂乱，偏移主体也无法挽救画面。此外，不要将其与黄金分割（Golden Ratio）混淆，后者采用更复杂的螺旋线（Fibonacci spiral）来引导视线。
